Géza is a specialized commercial law attorney focusing on company and real estate legal issues. Besides his Hungarian Legal Degree he studied in Frankfurt am Main to receive the LL.M, later on continued with several research project in Berlin and Münster. Before his attorney activities he supported the Hungarian Constitutional Court as a legal advisor for ten years and participated in several expert projects. Between 2004 – 2009 as an external scientific workforce he contributed in commercial law, interdisciplinary and infocommunication projects at the Institute of Legal Studies of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. He is a member and managing partner from 2007 of the Koppányi & Tényi Law Firm in Budapest, from 2018 managing partner of the Tényi Law Firm. He has experience in various commercial issues with extra focus on real estate and company matter combined with public procurement, investment and state aid legal aspects.
He has overlapping experience regarding daily routine and strategic planning of companies, where he supported respected market player in the field telecommunication and public transport in a form of all round legal services. Besides that he has several SME clients, with special focus on investment and restructuring.
In real estate project he supports whole value chain from acquisition and investment to marketing as sales. His experience includes specialized real estate issues in the fields of public transportation and telecommunication project.
