Within our firm the partners, attorneys, associates, and cooperating lawyers and law firms, the secretariat, and the IT function may have access to your data on a need to know basis. Your data may be shared with other attorneys and law firms, as needed relative to the specific assignment or for the provision of services. When processing your data, we do so with appropriate guarantees while preserving the security of your data and the Attorney-Client Privilege.

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as other rights, as detailed in the Additional information. Your relevant rights may be limited based on Attorney-Client Privilege.
