We provide legal assistance in the area of European and constitutional legal matters comprising representing Clients before the Constitutional Court, the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union. We support our Clients in enforcing their rights under the law of the EU before national courts including providing information regarding European legislation, or the best course of action in case of conflict between European and national legislation.
