Milestone in Hungarian space exploration – With the legal support of PROVARIS Varga & Partners

We are proud to have supported one of the most significant milestones in Hungarian space exploration as legal advisors: Tibor Kapu, the second Hungarian national astronaut, has successfully completed the Ax-4 mission and safely returned to Earth – and today to Hungary – after spending almost three weeks aboard the International Space Station (ISS).
During the mission, a number of scientific experiments developed by Hungarian universities, research institutions and companies were conducted on the ISS – the result of over a year and a half of complex scientific, technical and legal preparation. PROVARIS Varga & Partners has actively and continuously been involved throughout the entire project, providing legal support under Hungarian law, with a particular focus on the contractual and regulatory framework of the scientific experiments.
The legal support of the project was carried out by Prof. Dr. István Varga, Dr. Ármin Grimm, Dr. Annamária Klára, Dr. Lajos Nagy, Dr. Zsombor Orbán, Dr. Zsombor Szakál and Dr. Ferenc Bakó. Congratulations to everyone involved in the realization of the Hungarian astronaut program, and special recognition to Tibor Kapu for this extraordinary achievement! It has been an honor for PROVARIS Varga & Partners to contribute to this outstanding national and international mission.
